Define what the reviewing office, landlord, or contractor is asking for before the drawing package is priced.
Permit-Ready Plans
Permit-ready plans help translate your project scope into a drawing package for review. Requirements vary by city, county, building type, and scope, so we quote permit-ready packages after reviewing your project details.
Define what the reviewing office, landlord, or contractor is asking for before the drawing package is priced.
Better upfront details reduce guesswork and help the plan set answer predictable review questions.
Stamps, engineering, energy forms, and site-specific documents vary by jurisdiction and can be identified early.
A permit-ready plan set is more than a floor plan. Depending on your jurisdiction, the package may need code notes, life safety diagrams, door schedules, elevations, accessibility notes, reflected ceiling information, finish information, and coordination notes for trades or engineers.
When you submit a quote request, include the city or county, project address, plan review comments if you already have them, and any landlord or franchise requirements. That lets us understand whether you need concept drawings, construction documents, permit-ready drawings, or revision support.
Some jurisdictions require local licensed professional stamps, structural engineering, energy calculations, site-specific inspections, or separate MEP drawings. We will identify what appears included and what may need to be coordinated separately based on the project information you provide.
Send the scope, location, and any review notes. We will respond with pricing and what the plan package can include.
